Watch live streams of our classes

Some classes can be viewed online. We use Zoom for this, a convenient way to stream our yoga classes to your home.

How does it work?

1. Please book a class via our booking system. We use Fitogram, please find our schedule here
2. Download Zoom to your PC, tablet or smartphone
3. You will receive an email about 15 minutes before the class starts with a link to join the class. If you don’t receive any mail, please check your spam box
4. Join the class and practice with us!
